Christmas Santa Stocking

With Santa being one of the stars of Christmas, having him on at least a Christmas stocking or two is usually a must for most people, and there are an almost endless number of ways of presenting him.

I've included a few Santa stocking photos below to show you how cool Santa can look on a stocking, and some of them are extraordinary as to workmanship; including needlepoint and other methods of putting the jolly old elf on the material.

Another way Santa is put on Christmas stocking is in 3-D images, and as in all well-done 3-D images, they are outstanding.

While I'm going to show you a bunch of exceptional Christmas Santa stockings, I thought we could start with one that is simple, but fun, as it doesn't take a lot of fancy designs to make a Santa Christmas stocking look great, and this first one is really cute, and embraces the spirit of Santa that all of us enjoy so much.

You can see from the workmanship and material what a work of love went into this Santa stocking, which is appropriately called "forest Santa." Seeing Santa interacting with nature and the cool little bunny in his arms is great.

I love this puffy looking Santa with his belly being filled and looking, well, like Santa should at this time of year. Those little snowballs or snow falling also really looks good against the dark green background.

What a fantastic Christmas stocking of Santa climbing into the chimney. It's done so well, that the corner of the chimney seems to be square (in the sense of the stocking being square). My favorite part is the sled being seen right at the lower edge of the stocking. Great effect!

This Christmas stocking showing Santa riding a motorcycle is too cool. How about those candy cane handle bars? Also very cool is that reindeer wearing the shades. It's almost like he's saying "I'm taking a break this year, but am along for the ride."

As far as quality goes, this Santa Christmas stocking where he is discovered through the window is priceless. What a great looking image. Not only does it feel realistic, it's done so well, but that bird looking in and the old style of wooden sled is terrific.
